Good service. I was initially disappointed when told that there is 3 months wait for their mobile service coming to my house for repairs. They did offer me much quicker service in their workshop and made it easy for me to drop and pick up my car.

They did great great great job. I can't wait to recommend and they also provide exceptional customer services

Anthony from AutoXCarCare attended to some scratches on our car. It was just a paint touch up so you would expect to see the difference in the touch up from the rest of the car. Nope. I was astonished to look at Anthony’s work and how the touched scratches were no where to be found. We seriously could not tell where our scratches were! The photos below show where the scratches were. Nothing there now, you would never know it had been painted. Anthony’s professionalism is second to none. He is brilliant and if I had other work in the future I would always ask for him. I would also like to thank the admin team at AutoXCarCare for their prompt response. Their customer service was fantastic.

Rapair to front driverside wheel. Repaired quickly with minimal fuss or inconvienence. Wheel now looks brand new and you cannot tell that it was badly scuffed. The service opetator was very friendly polite and professional. Excellent servoce...very impressed.

Excellent results, on time, very easy to deal with.

I was “sold” this policy by the finance guy at the car dealership. I thought he was very genuine in his endorsement. As with all insurance policies, you never know until the damage is done. When I discovered some minor but obvious scratches on the rear plastic panel I was pretty sure I had a good case. And so it proved - the technician, Joshua, was terrific and thoroughly engaged with his job. His enthusiasm was quite something. He was prompt and polite, and explained about car paintwork, but not so much as to make the eyes glaze over! The only reason I have not given a 5 star review is the long delay between booking in and the actual appointment. Joshua advised me that, should there be a next time, I should ask to go on the cancellation list, as jobs don’t often take as long as is budgeted for, and i could be fitted in quite easily, as a) e live in the inner suburbs, and b) we are retired, making us good candidates for a late call-up.
